Refund policy

You can evaluate one report free before subscribing. If the paid service does not work as described, request a refund of your first subscription payment within seven days of purchase using the support contact shown with your purchase.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable after a new billing period begins. You can cancel future renewals at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
